🚫 Vapepie Order Cancellation Policy

Cancel your Vapepie order before shipping or production begins. Once in the shipping process (tracking generated), cancellation isn't possible.

Eligible: Orders awaiting shipment or production.
Not Eligible: Shipped Vapepie orders.

Approved cancellations receive a full refund to your original payment method within 3–7 business days. For Vapepie cancellation requests, contact us immediately at support@vapepievip .com.

📦 Vapepie Return Policy

We accept Vapepie returns within 14 days of delivery if:

Item is unused and in original condition.
Returned in original packaging with all accessories.
Proof of purchase (receipt) is provided.

Do not send returns directly to the manufacturer—coordinate all Vapepie returns through support@vapepievip .com for approval and instructions.

Customers pay shipping only once (includes Vapepie return shipping).
No restocking fees for returned Vapepie items.
